We invite you for a very exclusive, and intimate, course of three guided, group meditations with a certified hypnotherapist. Each session will be inspired by the cave and the natural surroundings in Hertfordshire. The price of £70 covers attendance to all three sessions. No partial refunds will be available. The dates for each session are Mondays the 28th Sept, 26th Oct and 23rd Nov, starting at 7pm.
